AgentRun PR #301 仅将 src/selftest/cases/76-aipod-spec.ts 的 toolBundle ref 断言由 v0.1 改为 v0.2，1 insertion / 1 deletion。

case 76 通过 7/7，case 60/75/76 组合通过 24/24；repository-not-found、source-ref-not-found、authentication-failed 均实际执行。未修改 runtime、mirror、YAML、CI/CD 或 source authority。
