This supersedes stale/conflicting #196 by adding a latest-main artifact/runtime readiness guard and unit coverage without wiring live HTTP checks into default validate/check. It prevents SOURCE/local/static/report-only evidence from being treated as deployed latest-main readiness and keeps M3/M4/M5 acceptance out of scope. No deploy, restart, Kubernetes mutation, DB mutation, Secret read, live smoke, or acceptance claim is included.
