Lyon	7a0648088c	fix: wire distinct M3 simulator identities ... Merge PR #159 after Code Queue rebase and validation. Runner verified M3 cardinality, hardware-loop smoke, patch-panel runtime smoke, m3 readonly contract, and git diff check. Lyon	a1c3cb58da	feat: add deploy contract dry-run plan ... Refs #67 Merged by commander after reviewing Code Queue task codex_1779422774244_1. Adds deploy.json public endpoint/frp/k3s/health source fields and dry-run validation.
